Tatty Bumpkin classes (and parties) are inspired by Yoga,and based around the amazing Tatty Bumpkin bendy yoga doll – voted No.1 Eco Toy by The Independent. Sessions include a mixture of stories, yoga postures, movement, music, and educational development, breathing exercises, multi-sensory props and relaxation. The concept has been devised by Yoga teachers, Paediatric Physiotherapists, Musicians and Educationalists to provide a structured, therapeutic, but most importantly FUN experience. The sessions work brilliantly at day nurseries or after-school clubs as an antidote to some of the more hectic aspects of children's play. They tie into the Government Early Years Foundation Stage and each week focuses on a different theme.
